| My Biography | Khalid’s is the founder and director of LinCademy company – a British website company that offers workers comprehensive online professional services including networking, communication, self-branding, learning, sharing experience, hiring others and getting hired in a gamified environment. He is an Egyptian.
Experience Background Khalid has recent experience in e-learning content development and management and web development and design with deep background experience in TESOL (Teaching of English to Speakers of Other Languages) in K-12 education and TVTC (Technical and Vocational Training) environments. In addition, he worked in project management and quality management in educational and training institutions leading projects focusing on implementing e-learning technologies in education and training, projects focusing on strategic planning for education and training institutions.
Education Background Khalid has a bachelor’s degree in teaching English language, higher diploma in e-learning and master’s degree in e-learning with research focus on gamification. In addition to a lot of professional certificates including, for instance, CELTA, TOT and IRCA Certified QMS Auditor / Lead Auditor.
Staring His Own Business At the beginning of coronavirus pandemic, khalid lost his job as a Quality Manager at one of the biggest higher institutes in industrial training. This motivated him to start his own business (LinCademy Ltd – a British Company) – a website business with initial purpose of helping job seekers find jobs. With a vast experience and qualification in education, training, management and utilizing educational technology, khalid widened the services that website (LinCademy) would offer to cover professional networking, communication, self-branding, learning, sharing experience, hiring others and getting hired in a gamified online environment specially his master’s degree was in gamification.
