Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is created to make sure our customers are satisfied whether they are service provers such as our Approved Instructors or service users such as our learning courses enrolees. We are dedicated to protecting both LinCademy’s instructors and learners equally. This policy introduces LinCademy services, payment methods, and refund rules.
LinCademy ‘s learning service allows an instructor to author, publish, promote, sell, and deliver e-courses asynchronously. Learners can preview courses and purchase (one-time purchase) them directly.
LinCademy is a gamified learning community where members collect tokens (Linckies) while using its services. Using their Linckies, our members can pay a part (up to 90%) of all LinCdemy course purchases. Lincky payments has the same refund rules of the real money payments which means the amount of Linckies paid for a refundable service will be returned when processing the refund.
Learning Courses Refunding Rules
Learning courses can be free or paid. All courses purchased on LinCademy can be refunded within 14 days from the purchase date. For any reason, if you are not satisfied with your purchased course, you can ask for a refund, provided your request meets the conditions of our refund policy below:
1. Course Refund Eligibility
Except as required by law, you cannot request a refund for your purchased course if:
- Your purchase has exceeded 14-day period from your purchase date.
- You have not received a refund before for the same listing purchase.
2. Additional Refund Denial Reasons for Courses
We are serious about the policies organizing LinCademy’s community and reserve our and others’ rights. That is why there are certain restrictions which may affect user’s refund requests. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, not to approve a refund where we believe that there is refund abuse done. An example of refund abuse is when the user has requested excessive refunds. Any similar cases will result in refund denial.
