Level 4: Credible, Concrete, and Courteous Business Writing
Master 3 important Cs of business communications (credible, concrete, and courteous). By the end of this level, you will 1) establish credibility through your business writing, 2) make your writing concrete, and 3) practice courteous business communications.

Level 5: Considerate Business Writing and Practicing
Master the last Cs of business communications (Considerate) and learn how to practice business writing. Level 6: Recognize and Avoid Common Errors
