Level 3: Conversational, Correct, and Coherent Business Writing
Master 3 important Cs of business communications (conversational, correct, and coherent). By the end of this level, you will Adopt a conversational tone in your business communications, 2) ensure correctness in your writing, and 3) create coherent business documents.

Level 4: Credible, Concrete, and Courteous Business Writing
Master 3 important Cs of business communications (credible, concrete, and courteous). By the end of this level, you will 1) establish credibility through your business writing, 2) make your writing concrete, and 3) practice courteous business communications.

Level 5: Considerate Business Writing and Practicing
Master the last Cs of business communications (Considerate) and learn how to practice business writing. By the end of this level, you will 1) analyze before-and-after writing samples to identify improvements, and 2) demonstrate proficiency in writing emails and reports for various business contexts.

Level 6: Recognize and Avoid Common Errors
Learn the correct process of business writing to avoid errors to avoid common grammatical and punctuation errors.
